Jessica sold our house as part of a relocation from Delco to the Midwest. Because there was a relo package incentive for us to sell within a certain timeframe, we were afraid we’d end up needing to sell for way under what the home was worth. Instead, Jessica figured out the perfect price point to list, and then sold it, over asking, with multiple offers, to a cash buyer....the very first weekend it went up.
